Mail and messaging company Pitney Bowes will be inviting Ipex visitors to explore the world of multi-channel messaging on the company's stand - 02-D20.

Mail and messaging company Pitney Bowes will be inviting Ipex visitors to explore the world of multi-channel messaging on the company's stand - 02-D20.

Pitney Bowes said that as organisations look to communicate with their customers, prospects and employees through different channels, the technology that delivers the messages must be able to cope with a multi-channel approach.

It is here that the Automated Document Factory (ADF) plays an integral role as the raw materials of data, paper and envelopes are transformed in to personalised, detailed messages in hard copy, or digital form - all at exceptionally high speed, added the company.

Pitney Bowes said that its software can integrate the entire communication process, from creating the message, building in special offers, to tracking delivery and co-ordinating back to call centres to reinforce the message.

By taking a tour of the Pitney Bowes stand, the company believes that visitors will witness the ADF live in action and will have the opportunity to call on the advice of the Pitney Bowes team.

Tours will take place on the hour, every hour at the Pitney Bowes stand during Ipex 2006, which starts tomorrow.
