Address Printers Drive Revenue Via Direct Mail
Pitney Bowes has added four new models to its range of address printers, designed to help businesses of all sizes drive revenue through professional direct mail and customer communication.

The new Addressright DA50S and DA55S machines are aimed at small - medium sized enterprises, whilst the DA70S and DA75S offer mono and full colour (DA75S) print at a high volume level.
The Addressright printer range enables users to print addresses, graphics and barcodes on a variety of mailing materials, including envelopes, postcards, tickets and catalogues.
Messages and graphics on the outside of an envelope can help to increase response rates and ensure that communications stand out from the competition, said Pitney Bowes.
The four new printers feature light mode printing, which uses less ink and is, therefore, more cost-effective, added the company.
Pitney Bowes said it has developed new printer management software that enables the user to monitor and control the printer from their desk, or via the LCD control panel on the printer.
The Addressright Printers are designed with an Ethernet/USB connection, meaning the technology connects to an existing network or, for smaller businesses, directly to the PC, added the company.
At the high-volume end, an auto calibrating paper sensor is said to allow for different types of media - even ones that create dust.
That means businesses can be more creative with the communications they despatch without worrying about technology down-time, claimed Pitney Bowes.
