Printer Sales Up 300% Thanks To Demo Centre

Sales of A3 and A4 Xerox and Brother printing systems have grown by 300 per cent since VAR Printerland opened its printer demonstration centre in the north west of England.

Roger Turner, Printerland's sales manager, said: "The demonstration centre is an important part of our business strategy.

By giving our customers the ability to have a 'try before you buy' experience, we have been able to massively increase sales of not only our high-end products but also our mid-range machines as well." He added that Printerland has partnerships with manufacturers such as Oki, HP, Brother, Lexmark, Epson, Samsung and Canon in addition to Xerox and Brother.

In addition, manufacturers' backing gives access to product training and support.
