Proof-it-Online, the provider of online print proofing and approval management systems, has released release of Agility, the company's new enterprise system.

Proof-it-Online, the provider of online print proofing and approval management systems, has released release of Agility, the company's new enterprise system Agility is claimed by Proof-it-Online to meet the specific proof approval needs of enterprise level creative services companies, which require a high-volume, integrated, custom approval technology

The company added that Agility is a flexible system designed to integrate with existing enterprise applications and workflows, whilst offering high volume content-uploading capabilities, scalability and the customisable features needed to efficiently manage the approval process and streamline workflow processes.

Companies in the creative services industry, such as agencies, printers, publishers, graphic designers, advertising providers and marketing and communications departments, have begun adopting software and system options to enhance existing infrastructure and workflow management applications.

That trend, combined with the viability of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, has led Proof-it-Online to increase the number of businesses searching for enterprise-level proofing and approval management systems that meet their needs today and in the future, said the company.

Victor Watts, Proof-it-Online's senior vice president of sales, said: "Companies have made investments in print management and advertisement insertion software, as well as order entry systems.

To complement and streamline existing workflows and help our customers exploit their investments in current technology, we developed an enterprise approval management system that seamlessly integrates with their existing applications." Kym Thill, advertising integration specialist for The Arizona Republic Newspaper and AZcentral.com, commented: "With our new online proofing system - Shoomproof powered by Proof-it-Online - integrated in to our existing ad management system, overall workflow has become significantly more effective.

We are seeing a marked efficiency on the sides of both our artists and our advertisers.

Both are responding to their proofs and taking action in a much timely manner.

There is a definite time savings in the processing of each ad." In support of Proof-it-Online's rollout of Agility, the company has hired additional staff, including senior implementation manager, Chris Koury.

Watts said: "With the increase in adoption that we are seeing and to ensure a smooth integration of our new system with our customers' existing systems, Chris Koury has joined our team to work directly with enterprise customers.

Chris brings more than 20 years' experience as a publishing and creative services industries veteran, further enabling us to assist our customers with technical issues and facilitate on-boarding needs." Agility's capability to integrate is claimed to enable companies to streamline the approval process by pulling approval data in to multiple workflow applications for collaboration, production and tracking purposes.

Through an automated process, valuable, detailed information, such as contact data, proof content, file names, deadlines, approval time stamps and status can be shared between systems.

Agility is offered as hosted software on Proof-it-Online's application servers, or on a dedicated server at the company's data centre.

Pricing is based on volume with no significant costs in training or implementation, added the company.
