Adobe Systems is making it easier to print Adobe PDF files with its release of the latest in Acrobat product family.
Stingray FTS is claimed to offer cost savings, faster delivery, greater integration and compatibility with all major protocols, as well as long-term customer satisfaction with applications such as customised upload facilities.
Suitable for a variety of graphic arts markets, the workflow-oriented, secure product acts as a communications hub for all artwork delivery by receiving jobs directly via ISDN, FTP and IP, whilst integrating with internal or external SMTP servers to receive email jobs and notifications, said Pro2Col.

Having signed a distribution agreement with Dev Zero G earlier this year, Pro2col is showing the Printsure client server workflow system on its stand throughout DPW.
Printsure is said to allow customers to streamline job booking processes, asset submission, internal job routing, tracking production and billing using desktop client software, the internet and a managed central server.
A pre-flight checking module provides a key component of the Printsure portal, ensuring that before assets enter the workflow, checks have been carried out to save customers' costs and reducing transmission and lead times, added the company.
Pro2col's Upload Assistant is claimed to be a user-friendly file delivery tool that enables customers to send files via FTP securely and quickly to the customer's FTP server, notifying them of successful file delivery via email.
Using a variety of configuration settings, the product also offers bespoke workflows to help improve productivity, as well as saving time and business costs.
Pro2col has also paired up with Xelix to promote the benefits of integrated technology tools on stand 432.
