Successful Tests For Stingray Herald Bright Future

A Pro2col product story
Edited by the Printingtalk editorial team Oct 25, 2007

Before Apple's release of the testing of the latest versions of Stingray, Grand Central Pro and Leonardo Internet Express for 10.5 compatibility has been successfully completed by Pro2col.

Pro2col managing director, James Lewis, said: "The successful completion of the 10.5 testing is just the first phase of a very busy period for our new development team, which features a roadmap for our flagship product Stingray FTS.

Technically we are now geared up for the next phase of growth, which includes developing our distribution channel to increase the volumes of sales outside of our core markets in the UK and Germany." He added: "The slow process of identifying suitable distribution partners has already yielded several interesting parties and we hope to have five or six key markets covered by the first quarter of 2008." Lewis explained that Pro2col had been experiencing continuing development since the acquisition of Hermstedt's file transfer division, together with establishing a business in Germany to cater for the company's German speaking customers and recruiting for the UK and German offices as the business was restructured.

Pro2col has also added three new personnel to the team in the last six weeks with the addition of Robert Welz to the German development team, Jonathan Roberts to the UK service division and Ben Arhin to the head office in Ferndown.
