Evans explained that, in his opinion, businesses and their marketing and design agencies have increasingly busy agendas and urgent deadline requirements.
Taking the onus from them and producing ready-to-use exhibition and point-of-sale material, which adheres to their brand values, is proving particularly successful for Leach Colour, he added.
Leach Colour has invested in a Vutech 3.2m direct-to-substrate printer and a second Durst Lambda photo-digital imager.
The company, based in Huddersfield (UK) and with a sales office in London, specialises in large-format graphics, particularly for the retail, leisure and museum sectors.
Evans added: "Showcase is a very strong affirmation of the talent that exists in the Yorkshire and the Humber region in printing technology and innovation.
We were delighted to be involved." Printyorkshire's Showcase exhibition brought together print and packaging firms from across Yorkshire and the Humber and national and international buyers.
