Quickbooks Integration Module from P3 Software is now available, so that users can create new jobs, automate the bid process and order and manage print job production schedules.

Quickbooks Integration Module from P3 Software is now available, so that users can create new jobs, automate the bid process and order and manage print job production schedules Those tasks can be performed whilst sharing all data with Quickbooks for managing purchase orders, payables, receivables, and invoicing, said P3 Software

The company added that clients and suppliers work can be synchronised so when a job is ordered using the P3 software, it automatically builds a purchase order in Quickbooks and attaches the purchase order number to the P3 job order.

PS software said that users can also build Quickbook estimates and invoices from within the application.
