Construction of Polestar's new gravure plant will begin next week, after the temporary restriction regarding an environmental assessment of the site was lifted.

Mike Young, Polestar's project managing director, said: "Our particular thanks go to Clive Betts, MP for Sheffield Attercliffe, for his help in progressing this matter with the relevant Government offices.
The continuing support of Yorkshire Forward, Sheffield First for Investment and Sheffield City Council is also greatly appreciated.
We are all delighted to be moving this project on to the next stage.".
