The Stationers' Company launched its corporate membership initiative to mark its own 600th anniversary.

Offered to principal companies within the communications and graphic industries, corporate members benefit from networking opportunities provided by the Stationers' Company's at regular events, free use of the company's hall for one event a year and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Company's trade and industry forum.

Polestar chief executive Barry Hibbert said: "The Stationers' Company has always fulfilled a valuable role for its members, enabling debate, discussion and development to take place for the benefit of all, in independent and impartial surroundings.

We are greatly looking forward to joining the organisation and both learning from and contributing to the forums and events that take place." In addition to Barry Hibbert, Polestar has nominated two directors to become associates as part of its corporate membership - John Ashfield, group sales and marketing director and Steve Miles, category director for the newspaper sector.
