Management

Hodgkiss joined Polestar three years ago from Argos.
In a second newly created role, Tony Conboy has been appointed procurement manager, looking at the current supplier base to ensure logical and economic production routing, including colour management compliance, and purchasing for existing customers and for potential business.
Conboy has been commercial sales manager, based at the group's head office in Milton Keynes.
Before joining the Polestar, he was commercial director at BGP in Bicester.
Tim Smith, director of Polestar Applied Solutions, said: "I am delighted to welcome Tony and Carine to our team and look forward to working with them on the continuing development of this business.
Both have the experience and expertise we are looking for to continue to move forward and build on our success to date.".
