Web-Based Document Software Demo's At Gartner

Demonstrations of Printsoft's enterprise business applications to improve automation, brand control, compliance and flexibility were staged at the Gartner Print and Imaging Summit this week.

Printsoft highlighted its systems for managing documents and correspondence.

the company's enterprise correspondence systems are said to enable web-based management of document content and personalisation rules, whilst the software can be integrated with business systems for personalised, event-triggered correspondence.

During the conference programme Printsoft also presented a case study detailing how its correspondence software was able to meet ease of use and integration requirements for a prescription benefits management company.

The company is said to have obtained benefits by implementing a web-based Printsoft product to manage the generation and provision of prescription prior authorisations.

Dan Sheedy, the president of Printsoft Americas, explained: "Managing event-triggered and ad-hoc business correspondence that meets efficiency and compliance goals is an ever-increasing challenge for our customers.

By focusing our efforts on better integrated and easier to access correspondence management we are enhancing the ability of our customers to quickly implement streamlined business process improvements, whilst providing enhanced, more flexible and fully personalised services to their customers.".
