Fulham (London, UK) businesses can count on their local Prontaprint centre to deliver the goods as organisers of a conference for X-box games software found when vital brochures had not arrived.
The company added that each Prontaprint centre must undertake a brand audit to benchmark it against an overall network standard before receiving the new brand identity and enhanced services of design, print, display, direct mail and finishing.
Prontaprint, which was also recognised as a UK 'business superbrand' for the sixth consecutive year last February, was chosen to receive the award after demonstrating its clear communication of the updated brand values to all franchisees.
Keith Davidson, Prontaprint's head of marketing, commented: "These awards recognise the franchise industry's most innovative and effective campaigns.
We have demonstrated how an integrated and coordinated approach not only works to protect and develop the brand but also has a direct impact on the bottom line across the network.
That's why clients like Dixons, Next and De Vere hotel group trust us to deliver, every time.
Interest from prospective franchisees has increased three-fold since the introduction of the new brand and we are now seeking the next generation of franchisees to drive the business forward in the lucrative corporate design and print market." He explained: "This award is a result of our evolution and is a testimony to the hard work and effort that has gone in to developing our new brand positioning by us as a franchisor, the franchisees and their teams of people in the cnetres.
This partnership approach is also reflected in our dealings with clients and a major reason why we remain the brand of choice for business." The awards were judged by a panel of judges that included representatives from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the British Franchise Association and were presented at a dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London (UK).
Prontaprint won the award for the 'best overall marketing campaign' in last year's Franchise Marketing Awards and is a finalist in this year's British Franchise Association's 'franchisor of the year' award, which is due to be announced in on May 22.
