Desknet's products are said to deliver relevant personalised communications, increase customer retention and to simplify cross selling across channels.

Combined with Quark's publishing technology, the multi-channel messages will deliver design quality for customer bases of any size, said Quark.

The new partnership will enable organisations with regulatory obligations, such as financial services, to deploy a single platform that supports the continuing convergence of compliance requirements with marketing's strategic objectives.

The platform will automate the creation and distribution of all transactional, sales, marketing and educational materials on demand.

It is claimed that it will give companies the full spectrum of communications used in the customer lifecycle.

By adding Quark Dynamic Document Server to Desknet's Contentwelder platform, it will furnish customers with the ability to capitalise on QuarkXPress while ensuring centralised business, branding, and compliance logic.

Additionally, the distributed layout and tagging of complex documents will be easily validated with immediate testing available through the centralised platform - an essential feature for global companies that must market locally yet comply with broad branding and compliance guidelines, added Quark.
