This 'lights out printing' technology will allow printers to integrate maximum quality with maximum efficiency." Kamiel van Riel explained why Q I Press Controls' products offer a strong competitive advantage: "The IRS automatic register system has already proven its worth all over the world.
Although it has been on the market for several years now, it still remains an innovative product." He said that printers need to deliver an increasingly high commercial quality on more effective terms.
To realise that the provision of structured information about the colour and register quality of the running production is necessary.
Q I Press Controls' IQM is claimed to report that information via flexible modules from press management level through to departmental management.
And he added: "IDS is a products with unique characteristics.
No other product in the world can control the colour density in closed loop on web presses running at maximum speed.
With the innovative technique of Q I Press Controls, where the IDS measures in the printed image, expresses this in CIELab values and compares this with the original, the printing of repeating colours is made possible without colour marks." Q I Press Controls has a stand (C5) together with its new agent in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Gammerler, that will be represented by David Waller, the company's general manager for the UK Republic of Ireland, as well as Gary Cowley, southern sales manager.
Waller commented: "Both companies fit perfectly being innovative and, above all, they both put customer satisfaction as the key priority.".
