The combination of Canon IPF plotters and CAD Station is claimed to be 300 per cent faster than any competitor at 75 per cent of the price of competitors.

The CAD Station system from Ratio Entwicklungen provides colour cad plotting and is claimed to enable CAD drawings and GIS documents to be printed at the speed that was formerly only available with mono LED engines.

Another highlight of CAD Station is the native TIFF, HPGL, DWG, DXF, DWF, PostScript and PDF printing support built-in or optional.

CAD Station is provided with a suite of client tools and job tracking and cost accounting.

The integrated alert management automatically informs users about the status of their print jobs and alerts the administrator in case an operator is needed, said Ratio.
