US Printing Chemicals Firm Seeks European Growth

Aiming to expand its business in Europe RBP Chemical Technology, a supplier of process chemicals to the printing industry, will exhibit at the Productronica exhibition in Munich (Germany).

RBP Chemical Technology said it is broadening its coverage of the European graphic arts markets.

RBP's chemical products have long been manufactured under licence to a Finnish company, Kemira Growhow.

The company's president, Mark Kannenberg, commented: "Our efforts in Europe complement our market development in India, where we recently brought on stream manufacturing operations to support customers in the Far East and the Indian sub-continent." RBP Chemical Technology's products are manufactured in a 45,000 square foot plant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA) as well as by approved blenders in the USA, South Korea and Thailand, in addition to the licensee in Finland.

Products are sold and serviced by factory-trained sales and service representatives and distributors in North America, Asia and Europe.
