Adare Halycon Improves Quality and Green Managemen
Adare Halcyon has secured the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard and has also just upgraded its quality management system to comply with the new ISO 9001:2000.
It has now taken delivery of a new Agfa computer-to-plate (CTP) as well as a new Canon proofing system with the aim of improving the speed and quality of the services Red Pepper provides.
Those services include everything from photography and design through to digital and six-colour litho print.
Red Pepper sales director, Paul Brunt, said: "The speed with which you respond to customer requests for these services is a key factor in winning work from a very competitive print marketplace.
However, the quality of the end result is equally as important and with this new equipment we're now in a position to improve in both these areas." Red Pepper works either directly for individual clients, or via advertising, marketing and design agencies.
Brunt added: "We have to be very flexible in our approach and offer a different type of service to each type of customer.
The new equipment now allows us to do this more easily than before and we hope that our customers will benefit accordingly.".
