Thousands of printers across Europe are about to get a surprise one of these days, according to Robert Horne Group.

Either by mail, among the orders and invoices, or through their merchants sales representative will receive a voodoo doll surprise pack courtesy of Hello, claimed to be Europe's leading woodfree coated paper in the graphic arts sector.

With the pack Hello is inviting printers to visit the Hello website to take part in the promotion, which follows up Hello's Europe-wide survey of printers' views about the paper, which was conducted earlier this year over three months in 13 countries and which had 2,500 commercial printers responding.

The survey findings included printers identifying consistency, print impact, ink drying and runability as the top four qualities of Hello.

In Robert Horne's opinion that confirmed the paper to be a very well balanced product.

Every one of the printers who took part in the survey will receive the voodoo doll box, said David Allen, managing director of Robert Horne.

Explaining that the company chose the voodoo doll theme for several reasons, he said: "It's not only an arresting image that we have previously used in the campaign, it's also a vivid reminder of what's at the heart of the Hello brand - a dialogue between us and printers to find out what they want and then use that feedback to develop the best possible products and services that meet and wherever possible exceed, the printers' needs.

We want to demonstrate that we don't just ask questions, we listen to the feedback and provide answers to it.".
