Ricoh is launching the 'green to-do list' to encourage businesses to become more environmentally responsible rather than just doing the bare minimum The launch follows research carried out by Ricoh, which shows that 62 per cent of UK companies now have some sort of environmental awareness policy, which typically encourages employees to recycle waste paper (89 per cent) and reduce energy consumption by turning off computers and other electrical appliances when not in use (86 per cent)

Within each section, it suggests a 'so simple' action for companies to take, one that's 'easy when you know how' and a further suggestion that is classified as 'trickier but worth it'.

Ricoh added that it is currently working with Seeds for Africa, a charity which helps African communities plant fruit trees to offset carbon emissions and help them work themselves out of poverty.
It has also announced support for the Global Roundtable on Climate Change.
