Counting And Fulfillment Avoids Manual Labour
Streamfeeder has installed a new batch counting fulfillment system at Suttle-Straus to relieve a manual labour bottleneck in post-press operations.
The line will dispense various promotional materials on to a pocket folder, then transfer them to a work table where the materials will be inserted in to the folder.
The line will be configured with Servo Series and Pro Series feeders and dispensers, and a modular transport conveyor.
The line will be controlled by Streamfeeder's Feednet communications software.
Also featured will be a Tip-On Line that will hot glue a plastic card on to a carrier sheet, then an adhesive address label will be applied.
The line will be configured with a Converge 900 tip-on feeder and dispenser and an Autostream M2 bulk auto loader, as well as a label applicator.
