Streamfeeder will be exhibiting at Graph Expo and Converting Expo 2006 from October 15-18 in Chicago (USA).

On display on the Streamfeeder stand - 2057 - will be a variety of automation systems to demonstrate how non-print services can be key to increased profits.

Featured will be Streamfeeder's new V-1000 continuous feeder, the company's latest addition for inkjet printing, tabbing and labeling applications.

The V-1000 is described by Streamfeeder as a no-frills product that can feed a variety of material sizes and thicknesses whilst maintaining alignment (an important feature for Merlin verification).

It features tool-less setup (single knob adjustments to reposition feed belts and side guides, for example), claimed easy belt changes and two independently adjustable separators.

Also featured will be a complete Stationery Kit Creation Line.

The line is claimed to create a complete stationery retail pack that includes a chipboard backer, cover sheet, and stationery sheets.

The line will be configured with high-speed servo-controlled feeding and dispensing devices, a modular transport conveyor, all controlled by Streamfeeders' proprietary Feednet communications software and integrated to an automatic shrink wrapping system.

A Literature Kit Creation Line will dispense various promotional materials for a pocket presentation folder.

The materials will be dispensed from feeders and dispensers in to a modular transport conveyor, also controlled by Feednet Communications Software.

A magazine polybagging system will provide a solution to mailing operations interested in automation.

The system will dispense a magazine along with three separate pieces of literature and then automatically wrap the materials in to a sealed polybag ready for mailing, said Streamfeeder.

In addition, a 'tip-on' system will demonstrate how to automatically affix a 3.5" x 2.25" plastic card with hot melt fugitive glue on to an 8.5" x 5.5" paper card stock.

The system is based on Streamfeeders' servo-controlled dispensing device.
