Scitex Vision is taking Chinese competition seriously by reducing hardware prices.

Scitex Vision is taking Chinese competition seriously by reducing hardware prices.

At Drupa the company will show two products that it believes best complement the outdoor advertising, packaging and point of sale markets.

It will show its Turbojet, which it claims, is competitive with screen print on runs of 300-500 sheets for outdoor use.

For packaging and point-of-sale printers it will show the Corjet, developed by Aprion, which was absorbed into Scitex Vision in 2003.

The machine has been re-designed with new feed and delivery and 10 have already been sold.
