SCP Software, the developer of software for large-format scanning, copying, printing and print management, has appointed Michael Man Fuk Yee as sales director for China.
SCP Software, the developer of software for large-format scanning, copying, printing and print management, has appointed Michael Man Fuk Yee as sales director for China.
Starting immediately, working from his location in Shanghai, Man is responsible for all of SCP's sales and marketing activities in China.
From 1997 to 2005, Man worked for Encad (later Kodak Encad), first as chief representative in China, later as sales director for Asia.
During those years he not only acquired a deep knowledge of the large-format market but built an extensive network of business relations as well, said SCP.
Petra Booker, SCP's managing director, said: "Being successful in China is a huge challenge for any Western company.
Therefore, we are extremely happy that Man has agreed to take over responsibility for all our Chinese business.
We are confident that his broad experience in China will help us to significantly grow our sales in that vast market.".
