Specialist short run book printer, Antony Rowe, has chosen to upgrade its existing IT system to the web enabled Unity Print Solution.
The upgrade from Sanderson, the UK-owned business management software provider, will significantly extend system capabilities and allow Antony Rowe to utilise web technology in communicating with customers, suppliers and trading partners.
Unity's suite of software modules will alleviate the growing demands on Antony Rowe's present system and deliver the flexibility required to support ambitious corporate growth plans, said Sanderson.
The upgrade will expand the company's existing system by automating and streamlining wider operations, increasing business efficiency and sustaining competitive advantage.
Antony Rowe has already experienced the benefits of Sanderson systems in generating business performance improvements.
Further integration of operations will enhance communication between internal departments, customers, suppliers and trading partners using the latest web technologies.
The developments will facilitate increased service levels to clients through speedier and more accurate communications channels, claimed the company.
In addition, Antony Rowe will benefit from greater management and control of estimating, on time delivery, visibility of information, planning and scheduling.
Jon Carter, finance director, Antony Rowe explained: "The functionality of the extended Unity solution not only matched our current business demands but had the capacity and flexibility to manage our future requirements.
Underpinned by a web technology infrastructure, we knew this was the system to carry our business forward." Peter Beer, Sanderson's general manager for the Unity Print Solution, said: "We are delighted that we will be continuing our partnership with Antony Rowe and that they have selected Unity to drive their business forward in the future.
This decision demonstrates Unity's capability to meet the demands of an innovative print solutions company and to deliver business performance improvements.".
