Publishing Firms
Sun Chemical has entered in to an agreement to buy Envoy Communications Group's UK subsidiaries - ECG Holdings (UK), Watt Gilchrist and Parker Williams Design.

Its clients include Asda Wal-Mart, Somerfield Stores, Tetra Pak, Kappa Zedek, John Lewis, Harrods and Wyeth, for instance.
Founded in 1990 by designers Tamara Williams and Tony Parker, Parker Williams Design is a brand development and packaging design company in West London.
Clients include Sainsbury's Supermarkets and Disney Stores.
Sun Chemical believes that the acquisition will enable it to better serve its customers in the areas of packaging development and colour management.
The acquisition includes the ODIN packaging and digital asset management system.
Dr David Hill, president and chief executive officer of Sun Chemical, said: "This addition will greatly enhance Sun Chemical's understanding of packaging market trends and customer needs.
The acquisition of Watt Gilchrist and Parker Williams will allow us to provide superior service to customers in the packaging segment and other markets requiring sophisticated colour management." Sun Chemical provides materials to packaging, publication, coatings, plastics, cosmetics, and other industrial markets.
With annual sales approaching US$4 billion, Sun Chemical has over 12,000 employees.
