Loic de Surville has joined Sun Chemical after 18 years with Rohm and Haas, a global speciality materials company, where he had led several business units, delivering growth and implementing strategic development plans in over 20 market segments.
Sun Chemical said that his aim is to drive further enhancements to the Sun Chemical strategic business unit in a challenging market.
That will be achieved through the introduction of new technology and applications, products and services, improving productivity and implementing price increases to offset the sharp rise in the cost of raw materials, added the company.
Loic de Surville said: "I am very proud to join the global leader in the inks and related products market, and I really look forward to strengthening Sun Chemical's leadership.
