Edited by the Printingtalk editorial team Jun 7, 2007

A raft of new products and product enhancements across a range of graphics arts, screen and wider industrial printing markets has been announced by Sun Chemical Screen at FESPA 2007.

The company said that a new ink could help users of solvent-based HP Scitex Turbojet digital superwide format presses across Europe save up to 20 per cent in consumables costs.

In addition, Sun Chemical Screen has announced the launch of a new digital solvent ink and two bulk feed systems designed for use on a range of Seiko Color Painter, Hewlett-Packard and Oce wide-format presses to produce claimed savings.

The company has further broadened its ink portfolio within the digital wide-format sector by introducing its S-Tech bulk ink feed system, which was developed for installation on the Mimaki JV3 range of inkjet printers.

At the same time, Sun Chemical introduced Suncure Display, a range of UV curing offset inks for the large and very large format (VLF) offset sheetfed display printing market.

Whilst at the FESPA exhibition, POS Hauptmannl, a large-format digital printer, revealed how Sun Chemical Screen's StreamlineT digital inks have produced a more cost-effective and reliable service for its business.
