North east UK print firm Statex Colourprint has welcomed a new addition to its team, with the appointment of Tracy Kenny as internal account handler.

North east UK print firm Statex Colourprint has welcomed a new addition to its team, with the appointment of Tracy Kenny as internal account handler.

Kenny (26), who was born in the north east, has joined the expanding print firm at a time when it is celebrating a significant international account win and investing heavily in new technology and training.

She will help to support the expansion process and she arrives from a background in marketing, where she was involved in dealing with Statex Colourprint in her previous role.

Commenting on her new appointment, she said: "Statex operates in a professional and hardworking manner and I look forward to working with the sales team in helping move the business even further forward in its field.

It offers a fresh approach to the industry and I can already see the potential to progress and develop my skills." Sales manager Chris Nellist said: "Statex has expanded very quickly in a short period of time to become one of the north's leading print companies and because of this the skills that Tracy will bring to the team she will enable us to further enhance the service given to our customers.".
