Bezier Beats The Rest To Retain ASDA Account
Retail media producer Bezier, has retained the prestigious point of purchase (POP) account for one of Britain's leading retailers, ASDA.
Account executive, Tracy Kenny, who joined the company 18 months ago, has been responsible for the development and implementation of the new system.
She said: "The new system gives our customers greater flexibility when it comes to ordering products.
It's not a new concept but there are very few companies, particularly in our industry, that have systems as sophisticated as this.
Very often companies claim to have online ordering when in fact all they offer is an advanced form of e-mail." Statex's on-line ordering system is claimed to give customers real-time information enabling them to view, order and manage stock quickly and effectively.
Customers have access to detailed management information reports, which can be used to improve budgetary controls and monitor stock movement.
Kenny explained: "We spent a lot of time prior to installing the system researching what our clients wanted from an online system.
As well as adding value for our customers, the system has opened up new opportunities to us, enabling us to work with organisations on the other side of the world." Since developing the online ordering system Statex has had to invest in new storage facilities, doubling its warehouse space, to cope with client demand, it said.
Statexcolourprint was set up in 1994 and over the past three years it has invested more than GBP3million in the business.
