Screenprinters Get New Perspective On Alignment
TDAO has launched what it claims to be a revolutionary new Optical Alignment System (OAS) for screen-printing with its first worldwide product launch.
The re-designed squeegee carriage is highly robust and the squeegees and flood coaters can be quickly loaded and unloaded without using any tools, it is claimed.
The risk of shrinkage and distortion is virtually eliminated as the machine features a new UV drying system that operates at low temperatures and therefore does not transmit heat to the substrate said Siasprint.
The company claimed that unlike its competitors, the Multiformula is designed around a solid, welded chassis, which gives it the stability to generate top quality results while performing at full production speed.
It also comes equipped with touch-screen controls, an intermediate dryer and an automatic stacker.
As a result, Siasprint believes the Multiformula is now recognised as one of the fastest automatic screen-printing lines on the market.
Over 250 machines have been installed worldwide and the company anticipates many more sales as its new UK company gathers strength.
"If any customer wants to see this machine - or anything else from the range - in action, we'd be very happy to arrange it," said Jeff Turley of Registerprint, Siasprint's new UK partner.
Another of the manufacturer's top sellers is the fully automatic Serifast, which is the fastest and most versatile machine of its type in the industry and can be fully expandable to a multi-formula, claimed Siasprint.
It comes complete with either a single sheet or stream feeder, a UV, polar, combi or jet dryer and a stacker.
It requires only one operator to perform a quick set-up and produce top quality results, time after time.
The feeding and delivery sequences, for instance, are controlled and regulated by a set of electronic photo-eyes so all the operator has to do is 'feed it and forget it' said the company.
It offers a choice of operating cycles as well: automatic with dwell timer, single cycle and manual so that the operator can achieve the best quality result no matter how challenging the job.
