Thomson Directories, one of the leading directory publishers in the UK, and Danish based Stibo Graphic have signed a contract to print 66 different telephone directories for the next three years.

Thomson Directories is an important and extremely innovative directory publisher in the United Kingdom ", said Hans Damgaard, chief executive officer of Stibo Graphic.

"The contract with Thomson confirms, that our production set-up is extremely competitive.

We expect, that we will be able to attract even more large international accounts within catalogue, magazine and directory publishing," added Damgaard.

Stibo Graphic said it would expand its production capacity by approximately 30 per cent in 2005.

Five months ago the company announced the investment in a new 72-page KBA Lithoman press.

According to Stibo's plans, the new machine would be ready for production no later than May 1 2005.
