Encore Print Machinery has added a third unit to both of its MB CAS 524 folders

Service Business Forms has automated its folding even further now that Encore Print Machinery has added a third unit to both of its MB CAS 524 folders.

The company diversified into direct mail just over three years ago and purchased the MB folders to pre-fold laser printed A3 sheets ready for insertion into automated folding and inserting machines.

The machine is compact and has features such as computerisation that are not available in much larger and more expensive machines.

The folders initially had two fold units, enabling them to configure them with four folds in each direction.

The third unit has eliminated one whole process - the cutting and feeding of the sheets into a folder via sheet feeder.
