The press will be used to print work for direct mail print, forms with integrated labels (typically for mail order and internet shops), membership letters with laminated peel-out cards built in to the paper and CMYK tickets, vouchers and mailers.
Business Forms said that the Rotatek press was only installed after the company had bedded in its new CTP Screen system, which will ensure that the quality of the plate making operation matches the performance of the press.
Since 1988 Service Business Forms has been a pure trade house.
It said that its expertise in specialist forms is perhaps best known for the supply of complex forms for parcel carriers and the National Health Service (NHS).
Bar coding and modulus numbered applications have now spread far beyond the original courier consignment notes in to areas as diverse as universities and retailers, added the company.
