Gemini C1-S Recycled is a range of solid bleached sulphate (SBS) boards, available exclusively from the James McNaughton Group.

The new papers are manufactured from 50 per cent de-inked post-consumer waste and 50 per cent FSC-certified pulp James McNaughton Group said that by using Gemini C1-S Recycled, users can now meet their client's requirements for solid bleached sulphate boards that are produced from recycled, or sustainable, well-managed sources

Made in Scotland, Gemini C1-S Recycled is claimed to have the additional environmental benefit of a reduced carbon footprint.

In addition, because half of its composition is made from post-consumer waste recycled fibre it also ensures that paper waste is being diverted from UK landfill.

Available in sizes from SRA2 to B1 and in 290micron to 345micron, it is said to be suitable for applications from greeting cards to book and brochure covers.

Gemini C1-S Recycled is also certified to the BS EN7-3 Toy Safety standard and is also suitable for dry, non-fatty, direct food contact, added James McNaughton Group.

To accompany the launch of Gemini C1-S, McNaughton has produced a desktop recycling bin, printed on Gemini C1-S Recycled for storing desk notes that need recycling.
