TSO, the document and publishing services provider has published LASORS, the digest of practical knowledge requirements, best flight practices and procedures for all pilots for 2007.

LASORS 2007 is a reference document and training aid for both individuals and flight training schools.

It includes information from authoritative source documents, such as the Air Navigation Order (ANO) and JAR-FCL (European Joint Aviation Requirements for Flight Crew Licensing), a full set of CAA Safety Sense leaflets, guidance on differences training and relevant extracts from the pink AICS (Aeronautical Information Circulars).

Written by the Civil Aviation Authority, LASORS 2007 is said to be the authoritative guide for all flight crew wishing to obtain and maintain a flight crew licence or rating.

The book comprises two parts: LAS section (Licensing, Administration and Standardisation) and ORS section (Operating Requirements and Safety).
