Turning Point Technologies (TPT) has strengthened and expanded its technical team by appointing Simon Finch as technical analyst.

Turning Point Technologies (TPT) has strengthened and expanded its technical team by appointing Simon Finch as technical analyst.

Finch is said to have first hand knowledge of the graphic arts industry with 20 years' experience in the pre-press and advertising industries, working with companies such as The Electronic Studio, Seven, IPC Media and M and C Saatchi.

He said: "My role at TPT is to assist the company to move forward in the media marketplace, from a technical pre-sales aspect.

I will focus on explaining new markets, develop existing products and evaluate technology to enable clients to evolve within this fast changing world of communications and publishing." Commenting on the appointment, Steve Emerson, TPT's managing director, said: "TPT is going from strength to strength and Simon has just the right credentials to fill this demanding role.

He will be a strong asset to the company as we continue to expand the company in to complementary technologies and sectors.".
