Edited by the Printingtalk editorial team Apr 27, 2007

The all on one print process with Humaneyes technology will be demonstrated by Turning Point Innovations at the Sign UK exhibition.

Turning Point Innovations said it will show the creative effects of the 'one-step' Humaneyes lenticular print production produced by the Durst Rho 600 Pictor flatbed UV inkjet printer alongside demonstrations of Humaneyes' new lenticular 3D lightbox system.

The solvent-based Mimaki JV3 wide format system will also be on show producing.

Turning Point is the UK's exclusive distributor for Humaneyes and the software is quickly becoming the leading technology due to its ease of use and impressive results, said the company.

Andy Metcalfe, Humaneyes product manager at Turning Point, said: "The Humaneyes software is attracting considerable interest from companies who already own large flatbed inkjet printers.

Our stand at Sign UK will offer visitors the perfect opportunity to see 3D, flip, morph and animation images printed directly on to glass and perspex.

Our experts will also be on hand throughout the show to answer any questions about lenticular print production using flatbed technology." Humaneyes has released the new Lensfree workflow that is said to allow users to print backlit 3D and other lenticular effects with plain glass (or plexiglass) replacing the traditional lenticular lens.

Consequently, users can create new applications, such as interior and exterior building decoration, durable signage more cost-effectively than previously possible.

The Durst Rho 600 Pictor flatbed UV inkjet printer is a compact version of the company's Rho 600 flatbed printer.

The company said that the machine is the first 'industrial' production machine capable of heavy-duty productio,n whilst being priced close to entry-level machines.

The Pictor is a 160cm wide flatbed printer based on Durst's own Quadro Array printhead technology, which is claimed to provide high print quality - the Pictor offers the highest resolution of any Durst inkjet printer.
