The book, 'Cross-Media Cookbook: A Strategy Primer', has been published by The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL).
The new book - co-written with Mark Evans and Laura Gale - describes a step-by-step process for defining, planning and implementing cross-media services for print customers.
In the book, printers can learn how to transforming their core competency of managing clients' digital information into profitable, new cross-media services and products, as well as how to introduce and sell those services said Tukaiz.
