Structure of USTAR-102 is different from other traditional UV spot coating machines because of an improvement of the frame, gears, transmission, lubrication, and automated electricity to bear the high speed operation.
The TYMI Ustar-36 series spot UV coating system has also been introduced to replace the traditional silk-screen printing method for spot UV coating.
The machine is designed to enhance production speed and uses less expensive UV resin to lower costs.
By combing the construction of offset printing press and roller coating technology, the Ustar series is a versatile UV system capable for both spot and full sheet coating.
