Viscometers Tackle Re-Moist Adhesives Sticky Issue
Many commercial printers are applying water based re-moist adhesives as part of their printing processes.
Ian Bunch of U and W, said: "We are confident that it will be as well received and successful in the UK market.
Worx is a good quality hand cleaner; it does the job - very well and, what is more, Worx does not dry out your hands or irritate cuts.
We plan to support Worx sales with point of sale literature, advertising, promotional discounts other marketing strategies - but first we are looking for good distributors and stockists." Worx is 100 per cent plant based and natural products, 100 per cent biodegradable, it contains no fillers or solvents - only active ingredients.
The product contains no phosphates, irritants, sand, soap, or alkali.
The company added that the cleaner is also without plastics, solvents, limonenes and lauryl sulphates.
U and W claiomed that Worx cleans in a different manner to most heavy-duty hand cleaners.
It is not another 'dissolve and scrape' hand cleaner, which is the type of cleaner that loosens the filth by use of solvents then scrapes it away with bits of plastic or wood.
Worx works differently, by emulsifying the oil, which means the oil and dirt does not stick in the sink and the sink and drains also remain clean.
According to U and W, users only need a teaspoon of the product to do the job.
A 2kg tub will give over 1,000 handwashings and at a retail cost of GBP23.99 (inc VAT) per 2kg tub it is claimed that each handwash costs less than 2.5p.
