CTD Printers has been sold as a going concern from adminsitration by administrators Andrew Andronikou, Ladislav Hornan and Peter Kubik of UHY Hacker Young.
CTD Printers has been sold as a going concern from adminsitration by administrators Andrew Andronikou, Ladislav Hornan and Peter Kubik of UHY Hacker Young They were appointed on November 21 but now the business has been acquired by Sage Print, whose director Michael Sage was a former employee of CTD
The former management of CTD is not part of the new business, said UHU Hacker Young.
Several parties were reported by UHY Hacker Young to have expressed an interest in purchasing the business as a going concern but it was only Michael Sage who was interested in keeping the business in its current guise.
The company's existing client base is said to have given the new company its full support.
