UPM Chairman - New Vice Chairmen Voted
In
UPM-Kymmene Corporation's annual meeting saw Vesa Vainio re-elected as chairman and Jorma Ollila and Berndt Brunow elected as vice chairmen.
UPM-Kymmene Corporation's annual meeting saw Vesa Vainio re-elected as chairman and Jorma Ollila and Berndt Brunow elected as vice chairmen In addition, the board elected from its members an audit committee with Michael C Bottenheim as its chairman and Wendy E Lane and Veli-Matti Reinikkala as members
A human resources committee was also elected with Berndt Brunow as its chairman and Georg Holzhey, Ursula Ranin and Francoise Sampermans as members.
At the same time, a nomination and corporate governance committee was elected with Jorma Ollila as chairman and Karl Grotenfelt and Georg Holzhey as members.
