UPM Board Elects New Chairman
Bjorn Wahlroos has been elected as board chairman by UPM-Kymmene, with Berndt Brunow and Georg Holzhey elected as vice chairmen.
In addition, the board elected from its members an audit committee with Michael C Bottenheim as chairman, and Wendy E Lane and Veli-Matti Reinikkala have become members The company also formed a human resources committee with Berndt Brunow installed as its chairman and Georg Holzhey and Ursula Ranin becoming members
Furthermore, a nominating and corporate governance committee was elected with Bjorn Wahlroos its chairman, who is joined by Matti Alahuhta and Karl Grotenfelt as members.
