Part of the Impostrip product line, Impostrip On Demand Digital, is claimed to meet the specific needs of digital printers.
It provides Dynamic Templates and hot folders automation.
Ultimate Technographics will launch several new add-ons and companion products to Impostrip On Demand Digital in the next few weeks, creating a product line geared for digital printing.
The range will be referred to as the Impostrip Digital Suite and it will be on show at Graph Expo 2006 on stand 5639.
EPS, based in Madrid (Spain) is a distribution specialist that also offers services and consulting to a network of pre-press resellers and vendors.
The company distributes a wide range of software and provides an array of services including workflow automation engineering and support, training and tuition.
Raymond Duval, director of channel development at Ultimate Technographics, said: "EPS has been building a reputation of excellence in the last decade.
Its thorough knowledge of the graphic arts industry in Spain, combined with a strong product offering, including Enfocus, Apago, Global Graphics and Callas are the right combinations for Impostrip." He added: "With the upcoming launch of many new systems for digital printers, such as Impostrip Book Stacker and Impostrip Proof Repurposing, we needed a solid partner whose expertise would lead us in to mutual success." EPS managing director, Manuel Asorey, said: "Ultimate's complete product line adds a lot of value to our portfolio of products and allows us to expand our automation and workflow offering, thanks to Impostrip's hot-folder based automation.
A product like Impostrip On-Demand will allow us to offer a really customisable and automated PDF workflow for digital printers." Ultimate and EPS will be offering selected Impostrip products at a special price until November 31.
