Version One, a UK document management and imaging software author, is urging senior finance and IT personnel to give their hearts to document management this Valentine's Day by attending one of the company's seminars.

The series of free half-day Version One seminars, entitled 'Save Time, Money and Space' will be taking place at locations across the UK from February 2007.

The seminars will look at how Version One's document management technology eliminates paper-based accounts payable processes, reducing supplier invoice processing costs by 50 per cent, said the company.

The time, cost and operational benefits of electronically storing, retrieving, delivering and managing all incoming and outgoing business documents will also be explored.

Version One's seminars are taking place on February 13 at the Manchester United Old Trafford stadium, with the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham hosting the even on February 14, whilst the February 15 seminar will be held at The Imperial War Museum in London.

For financial and IT personnel who are unable to attend the February seminars, a further 23 seminars will be held across the UK between March and November.
