Document Management Integrates With CRM
System
Document management and imaging software company Version One has entered a partnership with UK-based Microsoft re-seller VAR One.
The deal provides VAR One's Microsoft customer relationship management (CRM) system users with Version One's integrated document management and imaging software for the electronic creation, delivery, storage, management and authorisation of business documents In addition, Version One's Dbcapture system, which is said to allow users to automatically capture data from incoming documents, such as sales contracts, sales and service orders, reduces manual data entry by up to 80 per cent, claimed the company
