US Print Management Company Strengthens HR

Webb-Mason, a national print management company, has added Gerald H Reynolds, vice president of human resources, to its team.

Webb-Mason, a national print management company, has added Gerald H Reynolds, vice president of human resources, to its team.

Reynolds assists with developing Webb-Mason's strategic growth plans, retention efforts and employee development.

Additionally, he works with the executive team to ensure employee success, operational functions and flexibility of Webb-Mason's business model, said the company.

Reynolds joined Webb-Mason in July and has more than 20 years of experience in the human resource and management industry and was most recently vice president of human resources at SAIC.

Prior to joining Webb-Mason, Reynolds provided human resource consulting services to Webb-Mason for six years, whilst managing his human resource firm.

During this time, he witnessed Webb-Mason's growth and success first-hand and developed professional relationships with its founders and executives.

Warner Mason, Webb-Mason's president and co-founder, said: "For the six years Jerry was a consultant with us, he provided us with excellent human resource support.

This made it an easy decision for Jerry to join our executive team.

After serving seven years as an army officer, Reynolds began his new career as a technical recruiter and then pursued a career in the human resource field.

He earned a master's degree in personnel and human resource management from American University in Washington DC and a bachelor's degree in engineering from the US Military Academy in West Point, New York.

He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Chesapeake Human Resources Association.
