Webb/Mason, a US print and brand management company, has expanded its corporate headquarters to 80,000 square feet and its Chicago offices to 26,500 square feet.

Webb/Mason, a US print and brand management company, has expanded its corporate headquarters to 80,000 square feet and its Chicago offices to 26,500 square feet.

Both expansions will accommodate increased office and warehousing space requirements resulting from the company's continuous growth, said the company.

Warner Mason, Webb/Mason's president and co-founder, said: "Expansion of our warehouse facility is a direct result of our warehousing and fulfillment services growth.

Our warehouses now use a modern narrow-isle design that creates increased capacity for storing customers' materials, including everything from marketing literature to promotional products, product samples and point-of-purchase displays." And he added: "Naturally, our growth has also translated in to the need for additional personnel and, subsequently, additional office space that will allow Webb/Mason to best service a steadily increasing number of customers." Expansion of Webb/Mason headquarters includes 12,000 square feet of new office space, as well as a promotional products show room and an employee fitness centre bringing it to 25,000 square feet.

During the expansion, Webb Mason also converted all of its 110,000 square feet of corporate warehouse space to a more efficient narrow isle format, which increases its headquarter storage capacity by 20 per cent.

Expansion of Webb/Mason's Chicago facility brings the office space to 5,000 square feet, including an employee fitness centre and the warehouse now has 21,500 square feet.

Roger Koeppen, Webb/Mason's Chicago office founder, added: "Our Chicago office expansion will enable us to meet increased demand for print, warehouse and fulfillment services and will increase efficiency and productivity levels.

Our goal is to triple sales in the next four years.".
