Under the terms of the deal, Williams Lea will assume responsibility for design (including artwork execution, brand and content management), print procurement (including customer correspondence, security print and statements), document composition and postage.
Dedicated design and print account teams, based on-site at Capital One's head office in Nottingham (UK), will be supported by Williams Lea teams.
In seeking to find a solution to its corporate information requirements, Capital One was looking for a partner with whom it could build a long term relationship and deliver some critical benefits.
Williams Lea said it anticipates that Capital One will receive a strengthened customer service, improved innovation and enhanced efficiencies, combined with cost benefits.
